Using Rap as a means of expression, Re:Act focuses on human rights with the aim of educating, inspiring, and engaging young people to create change. The project is a collaboration between Rapolitics, the Danish Institute for Human Rights, and Roskilde Festival, supported by the Tuborg Foundation, the OpEn Fund, and the Sct. Stefan Foundation.
At the end of 2024, Rapolitics launched Rapolitics Cyphers for the first time, introducing a monthly cypher featuring 12 rappers. The videos, aimed at highlighting human rights issues, became a huge success, and we look forward to producing even more cyphers in the coming years.
Rapskolen is a free program for young people aged 16-23 who want to develop their musical and creative abilities. Participants get the opportunity to work on lyric writing, rhythm, performance, and recording in professional studios—all under the guidance of experienced instructors and guest artists from the music industry.
In 2023 and 2024, Rapolitics established a Re:Act space at Roskilde Festival, featuring a three-day program. We are thrilled to continue this collaboration with Northern Europe's largest festival through 2025, 2026, and 2027.

Re:Act Festival was a 24-hour youth festival for artistic and creative activism, held from June 26 to 27, 2021, on Ungdomsøen, also known as Middelgrundsfortet. The goal was to empower young people to take an active role in society through debates, music, storytelling, and workshops.
