MADE BY GIRLS: RAP WORKSHOP FOR GIRLS
In the autumn of 2019, we invited in collaboration with Roskilde Festival and Nørrebro Local Committee for four days of free workshop for young girls, non-binary and transgender people aged 15—18 years. The workshop offered tips and tricks for everything from mimicry and on-stage performance from the acclaimed rapper Lucy Love as well as teaching and assisting in the production of beats, lyrics, flow and recording of Beats by Girlz Denmark, the DJ KCL MUZIEK and Rapolitics' rap coaches Iris Poparic, Tina Mweni and Filuka.
The event culminated in a final showcase concert at Underwerket in Copenhagen.
